Delete your data

PhotoMesh shows photos from your iPhone and your cloud accounts in one gallery. Your photos stay in your own storage. Here's how to remove anything PhotoMesh keeps, and how to ask us to delete data on our side.

What PhotoMesh stores

1. Delete data inside the app

Disconnect a cloud account

  1. Open PhotoMesh and go to More.
  2. Open your connected accounts.
  3. Choose the account (Dropbox, OneDrive, Box, pCloud or Yandex Disk) and tap Disconnect.

This deletes that account's sign-in token and cached thumbnails from your device. Your files in the cloud are not touched.

Remove everything

Delete the PhotoMesh app from your iPhone or iPad. Settings, sign-in tokens and cached data on the device are deleted with it.

2. Revoke access at your cloud provider

To make sure PhotoMesh can no longer access an account, remove it from that service's connected apps settings:

3. Cancel PhotoMesh Pro

On your iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PhotoMesh and tap Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

4. Ask us to delete your data

To have any data we or our partners hold about your use of PhotoMesh deleted, including data shared through Facebook or Instagram ads, email us:

photomeshapp@gmail.com

Please include the subject PhotoMesh data deletion request and, if possible, the email address or Apple ID you used with the app. We'll confirm when your request is complete, normally within 30 days.
