1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

If the App offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, payments are processed through Apple’s App Store or other authorized platforms. All billing, refunds, and payment-related issues are subject to the terms and policies of the applicable platform.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew unless you cancel them within the timeframe set by the platform. You are responsible for managing your subscription settings through your account on that platform.

6. User Content (if applicable)

If the App allows you to submit or store content, you retain any rights you have in that content. However, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process that content as necessary to operate and improve the App.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise offensive.
• Infringes on any third party’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Contains malware, spyware, or any harmful code.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all related content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the App;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App;
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content or information.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws, or if we decide to discontinue the App.

Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately end.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction (for example: the laws of your country or state), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
